The Lab Collection

Thoughtfully curated lab panels. Direct access. No gatekeeping

Everyone deserves a clearpicture of their own health, without having to convince someone else it matters.

These panels were curated by a clinician who specializes in perimenopause and women's midlife care, chosen to go deeper than a standard annual check and to show you patterns that often get missed when the usual tests all come back "normal."

They're a starting point. If you'd like help understanding your results, interpretation visits are available for residents of Virginia, Maryland, DC, and Delaware. If you live elsewhere, we STRONGLY recommend reviewing your results with your primary care provider or a licensed clinician in your state.

The Women's Full Picture Panel
The comprehensive workup. The labs a thorough clinician would run for you if insurance weren't in the way.

A thorough look at metabolic health, hormones, thyroid, nutrients, and minerals, all in one panel. For women who want the full picture, not just a slice of it.

Wellness Baseline Panel
Because every adult deserves to know their numbers.

The foundational bloodwork every adult should have access to. Offered to everyone, because knowing your baseline shouldn't depend on whether your insurance cooperates.

Women's Hormone Clarity Panel
A thorough look at the hormones that shape how you feel, cycle to cycle and stage to stage

So much of how a woman feels is shaped by hormones working together in the right balance. This panel gives you a clear read on the hormones that matter most, whether you're trying to understand your cycle, what's changing in your 40s, or how your body has shifted after menopause.

Thyroid Deep Dive
The complete thyroid workup. Not just the onetest most doctors run.

Most thyroid checks stop at TSH. This panel goes further, looking at the active hormones, the auto immune markers, and the nutrients that support thyroid function, so you can understand what's actually happening.

Metabolic and Inflammation Panel
A deeper look at blood sugar, cholesterol, and the inflammation underneath.

Stubborn weight, energy crashes, cravings, labs that come back "in range" even when something feels off. These are the patterns this panel is designed to catch, years before a conventional diagnosis.

Energy and Nutrient Panel
For when fatigue is your baseline, and you want real answers

Tired all the time. Brain fog. Workouts that feel harder than they should. Often, what feels like "just being busy" is actually a nutrient gap standard bloodwork missed.

Mineral Balance Panel
The quiet workhorses of your body. Rarely tested, often out of balance.

Minerals don't get talked about the way vitamins and hormones do, but they underpin nearly every system in the body. This panel looks at the minerals most likely to affect how you feel, recover, and perform.

Urinary Health Panel
Check for an infection. Confirm one has cleared. Home collection.

Whether you're worried you might have a UTI or you've been treated and want to know if it's really gone, this at-home panel gives you a clear answer.

Men's Hormone Clarity Panel
For the men in your life, a complete look at the hormones that shape performance, recovery, and well-being

Energy, drive, mood, sleep, strength, focus. So much of how a man feels day to day comes back to hormones working together in the right balance. This panel gives you a thorough baseline, so you can stop guessing and start with real data.

Advanced Functional Testing

Most of what a thoughtful clinician needs to understand your health can be learned from a thorough blood panel. The tests in this section go further, into areas that blood testing can't fully capture. Hormone metabolites, cortisol rhythms, gut microbiome patterns, vaginal microbiome profiles, and environmental toxin exposure.
These are specialized tests, offered for women who specifically want them, often those already working on a particular piece of their health and ready to go deeper. If you're earlier in your journey and unsure where to start, a blood panel is almost always the right first step.
DUTCH Complete
A detailed hormone and metabolite test. Here for the women who specifically want it.

A dried urine test that measures sex hormones, adrenal hormones, and the metabolites your body produces as it processes them. Often chosen by women already on hormone therapy who want additional detail. We're upfront about where this test is useful and where blood work gives us more reliable answers.

Saliva 4-Point Cortisol
Your body's stress rhythm across the day, in a simple at-home test.

A look at how your cortisol rises, falls, and settles across the day. Useful for understanding stress patterns, sleep issues, and HPA axis dysregulation when blood cortisol alone doesn't tell the full story.

GI-MAP Plus Zonulin
A deep look at your gut microbiome, digestion, and intestinal barrier health.

A comprehensive stool test that identifies gut bacteria, yeast, parasites, and markers of digestion, inflammation, and intestinal barrier function. Often chosen by women investigating digestive symptoms or the gut-hormone connection.

Mycotoxin Panel
Testing for mold toxin exposure when symptomsdon't add up.

A urine-based test that measures mycotoxins (toxic byproducts of mold) in your body. Often chosen by women with a history of water-damaged buildings or unexplained symptoms that haven't responded to other interventions.

Vaginal Microbiome Profile
A detailed look at your vaginal ecosystem when standard testing doesn't have answers.

An at-home test that uses DNA analysis to identify the bacteria, yeast, and organisms living in your vaginal microbiome. Often chosen by women with recurrent symptoms or those investigating the connection between hormones, the gut, and vaginal health.
